Doherty Construction was the General Contractor for the new 13,442 square foot 2 story classroom building addition to Morton College in Cicero, IL. DCI self-performed all Cold Formed Metal Framing, Carpentry and all Gypsum Board Assemblies. The project was designed by Demonika Kemper Architects of Chicago and opened to students for the Fall 2016 semester.
